Topladığımız veriler

Uygulama yalnızca mağaza alan adınızı, Shopify erişim belirtecini, eklediğiniz ürünlerin kimlik/başlık/görsel adreslerini ve girdiğiniz ölçüleri saklar. Müşterilerinizin kişisel verisini toplamayız ve saklamayız. Uygulamanın Shopify izinleri yalnızca ürün ve dosya erişimidir (read_products, write_products, read_files, write_files); müşteri verisine erişimi yoktur.

AR deneyiminde kamera görüntüsü tamamen müşterinin kendi cihazında işlenir; hiçbir görüntü sunucularımıza gönderilmez veya kaydedilmez.

Üçüncü taraflar

"Fotoğraftan 3D model üret" özelliğini kullandığınızda, seçtiğiniz ürün görseli 3D model üretimi için Tripo AI (tripo3d.ai) servisine iletilir ve yalnızca bu amaçla kullanılır. Barındırma Railway, veritabanı PostgreSQLüzerindedir. Bu özelliği kullanmazsanız (kendi GLB dosyanızı yüklerseniz veya düz ürün modunu seçerseniz) hiçbir görsel üçüncü tarafa gönderilmez.

Saklama ve silme

Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda erişim belirteciniz hemen silinir. Shopify'ın shop/redact bildirimi geldiğinde mağazanıza ait tüm veriler kalıcı olarak silinir. Ürün medyasına eklenen 3D modeller sizin Shopify mağazanızda kalır; dilediğiniz zaman ürün sayfasından kaldırabilirsiniz.

Data we collect

The app stores only your shop domain, the Shopify access token, and the IDs, titles, image URLs and dimensions of the products you add. We never collect or store your customers' personal data. The app's Shopify scopes cover products and files only (read_products, write_products, read_files, write_files) — it has no access to customer data.

In the AR experience the camera feed is processed entirely on the shopper's own device; no imagery is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Third parties

When you use "generate a 3D model from a photo", the product image you select is sent to Tripo AI (tripo3d.ai) solely to generate that model. Hosting is on Railway with a PostgreSQL database. If you do not use this feature (uploading your own GLB, or using flat-product mode) no image is sent to any third party.

Retention and deletion

Access tokens are deleted immediately on uninstall. All shop data is permanently deleted when Shopify sends the shop/redact webhook. 3D models added to product media remain in your own Shopify store and can be removed from the product at any time.
